- We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive the adoption of our mobile app and ERP solutions in schools. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education technology and a strong ability to engage with higher authorities within educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential schools and decision-makers.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with school authorities, including administrators, principals, and decision-makers.
- Product Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our mobile app and ERP solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals).
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and prospects to inform product development and improvement.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on strategies and messaging.
